This time the club had an arty agenda! the ahmedbad film festival was on; and the star attraction was not a film but a very popular play starring the legendary actor, Tom Alter called 'God said Cheers'. When we heard the title, the club was very intrigued and we all said 'cheers!' to it.
L. got the tickets and we found ourselves seated among big names in the performing arts and entertainment industry. the play was humorous and made us ponder about the concept of 'God'. Did we ever imagine him to be a laid back man who drank beer everyday but never paid the bar for it! did we ever think of him to be someone who doesnt have any 'shoulds' and 'supposed tos' in his agenda or ours?
If watching an intensely funny play at the IIM campus wasnt enough, the club headed for a feast at Haute Peppers.
Conversations, black peppered mushrooms, leg pulling, mexican rice, invigorating ambience, long drive,car music and peaceful goodbyes followed.
...Those were the best days of my life...
